Photoluminescent Crystals VGS3-FAP

This unique and versatile photoluminescent pigment may be used in water or solvent based applications and dispersed in paints, inks, ceramic glaze, extruded into most plastics and incorporated into most resins and coatings.

That makes these photoluminescent crystals a perfect foundation for glow-in-the-dark products.

Introducing the VGS-FAP Photoluminescent Crystals

VGS-FAP photoluminescent crystals by Visionglow are produced in three colours: pale green, blue and aqua.

This photoluminescent pigment has the performance of a strontium type compound but can be used in water or solvent based applications and dispersed in paints, inks, ceramic glaze, extruded into most plastics and incorporated into most resins and coatings.

VGS-FAP does not lose its glow in water or in water-based formulations while aluminate generally disintegrates in a few hours.

The softer and smooth Visionglow photoluminescent crystal enables its use in applications otherwise denied other photoluminescent pigments and production costs are reduced due to less wear on machinery in the production process.

It is paler and white when compared to strontium aluminate, therefore no undesired dark green colouration is induced in the host.

This benefit makes finished products more acceptable in the market place as the original desired colour of the product can be maintained while imparting a long after-glow property.

Due to unique chemistry and crystal structure of our pigments, when formulated correctly, the inherent brightness can be significantly multiplied.

This has enabled products to be developed using Visionglow's VGS-FAP photoluminescent pigment that far exceed the most stringent of the standards for emission e.g. the New York City's recent RS - 6 - 1 rule for photoluminescent egress path markings.
