Phosphorescent Glass
Phosphorescent glass is one of the easiest products to use. Take a concrete pool or steps as an example.
When the concrete is almost set, simply broadcast the glass on to the surface at a rate
to give the desired effect, trowel in level and there you have it.

in the dark.
